For clinicians interested in learning about the connection between women’s cycle and mental health. This course will provide information to help you become more familiar with the women’s cycle and hormonal shifts and ways to support and help your clients conceptualize and manage their symptoms.

polyvagal mapping & phases of emdr

for clinical providers

Ready to enhance your practice and tool box to help client’s heal on a more cellular level? Noticing that talk therapy from a top down approach isn’t as effective as you would like it to be? This is a self-paced course for those who are interested in learning more about their nervous system to achieve a sense of security and connection. Using somatic approaches, interventions and understanding, this course will offer people who want to learn more about how their nervous system responds to specific people, events, situations and experiences and ways to achieve existing in a more secure and connective way

Applications of Parts Work in Cycle-Based intervention

for clinical providers!

This course supports providers in how to effectively apply Parts Work and Ego States Therapy to support women’s mental health throughout the phases of their menstrual cycle. Participants will learn how hormonal fluctuations activate different parts and ego states, impacting emotional regulation and well-being.
